These Dobsonian telescopes are extremely well made, everywhere you look you will find quality craftsmanship. This is the kind of telescope that begs you to come out and play.
The mirrors are the finest you can buy, it has a 9-point mirror cell and the secondary mirror – 2.6″ 99% enhanced Endurobright. The eyepiece height at Zenith is 5’6″. The woodwork on these Dobsonian telescopes is superb much better than is needed.
Dark fell and I had my first chance to see what this telescope could do. It is as smooth as silk when you slew from one side to the other. I went right to old favorites and found M81 first which was stunning then I viewed M13 (Hercules Cluster), M27 (Dumbbell Nebula) and M16 (Eagle Nebula) all with stunning clarity and definition.
I went on to view many more objects such as the Ring Nebula and M20 (Trifid Nebula) and was totally satisfied with my night’s viewing. Night after night I could not wait to get this Dobsonian telescope out and scan for all my old favorite objects and new ones that appear like I have never seen before.

Dobsonian Telescopes Recommendation
These Dobsonian telescopes are a work of art and get my highest recommendation. They can be dismantled for transport. The only drawback I found was that you will need to collimation the telescope each night you use it, as slewing the telescope from one side to another tends to throw it out.
